What is 24Heaven?
An on-demand services marketplace for South Africa. Post whatever you need done, name your price, and nearby pros answer with live offers. You negotiate to a price you both agree, track your pro to your door, and pay by card in the app. There is a live auction house built in too, where anyone can list something valuable and the room bids for it in the open.
When is 24Heaven launching?
Soon. We're finishing the app and onboarding our first providers now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the day it goes live.
Which areas will you cover?
We're launching in South Africa and rolling out city by city. Tell us your city when you join the waitlist and we'll prioritise where demand is highest.
How much does it cost?
You set your own budget, by the hour or a fixed price, in rand, and nearby pros answer with live offers. If a price isn't quite right you negotiate, back and forth, until it is. You see the full agreed price before you accept, so there are no surprise quotes.
How are providers vetted?
Every provider is onboarded and verified by our team before they can take jobs. After that, each completed job is rated by the customer, so their record stays visible to everyone.
How do I pay?
Securely in the app, by card, handled through Paystack. No cash needs to change hands.
